 Playa de Oro opened for sales in February 2002. An easy stroll to the beach, ninety five percent of the Phase I lots were sold within the first year, resulting in the entire development being opened for sale.  Consequently, we are now one-third sold out.  Lot pricing starts in the $40,000s.  Because of the natural slope of the land and the foresight of engineering and development by PARKSTRONG, every lot has a view of the beautiful Sea of Cortez.
